Sometimes you think the whole world is falling,

有時你以為天要塌下來了,

這是我的上師 ~ "吉美法王" 常問我們弟子的一句話 ~ "準備好了嗎 ? " …

以前曾有朋友諷刺我說: 多一度我就喊熱 ! 而少一度就叫冷 !

為了"超越" ` 拉寬我的 "舒服區", 我開始 "練功" …

如今, 我至少可以ㄍ一ㄥ到30度不開冷氣 ! 超省電的喔 !

或許你也可以練一下 …

偶而 "喬"一下自己的姿勢吧 ! ~ 改衣服, 不如改身材 ! 一勞永逸喔 !

夏天到了, 感覺"悶"到不行時, 不妨來 "我家" 逛逛, 清涼一下吧 !
